The Billing Details Page allows you to manage your Events Calendar paid (upgraded) subscription.
Accessing the Billing Details Page
To access the billing details page, perform the following steps:

The Billing Details Page displays your subscription information including:

Cancelling your Subscription
In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so from the Billing Details Page. Please follow these steps:
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused time within the billing period.

Accessing the Billing Details Page
To access the billing details page, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the dashboard of the Events Calendar.
- Select the relevant website from your list of connected websites (if applicable).
- Click on the "Account" section in the dashboard navigation.
- Select the "Billing" tab at the top.
Subscription Details
The Billing Details Page displays your subscription information including:
- The plan you are currently subscribed to (monthly or yearly).
- The date your subscription was last billed.
- Your next billing date.
- Your billing history and downloadable invoices.
You can also update your credit card details here by clicking on "Update card".
Cancelling your Subscription
In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so from the Billing Details Page. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the Billing Details Page, following the steps described above.
- Look for the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Follow any further prompts to confirm your cancellation.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused time within the billing period.
